Hand dispenser for wire spools

This hand dispenser makes it easy to unwind wire spools up to 250 mm in diameter.
The hand dispenser dual even allows the dispensing of two wire spools in one operation.
Several holes in the axle allow spools with different widths to be secured on the axle.
Suitable for wire reels 002017 and 002111.
