The Knipex crimping pliers 975001 are used for crimping plastic-insulated telecommunication or signal cable cores according to the U-contact principle in Scotchlok single connectors.
No stripping is required, as the U-elements take over the contacting process.
They feature additionally induction-hardened cutting edges and an opening spring.
The head is polished, and the handles are coated with plastic.
The crimping pliers are made of vanadium steel, oil-hardened and tempered.
